One day coming
back from playing basketball
at a playground in Brooklyn, I stopped to enjoy some very nice end of afternoon
summer light
on this urban landscape. I took a few photos of the scenery, and then I noticed
a street pole
with holes in it. I looked closer. I then took some more photos and played
around, using the street
pole as a framing mask to capture this amazing urban moment.
That is my Point de Vue
I like the idea
that a Point de Vue influences much more than how we see things.
How we position ourselves in the world, how our perception can be changed
just by looking
from a different Point de Vue.
Un jour, en
rentrant du basket a Brooklyn,
je m’arrete pour apprecier un joli paysage urbain baigner par la magnifique
lumiere de cet fin
d’apres-midi
d’ete. Je prend quelleque photos de la scene. Je remarque un poto de
signalisation.
je m’approche,
regarde de plus pres et decide de prendre plus de photos en me servant des
trous
du poto comme un cadre pour capturer ce superbe moment urbain.
Ceci est mon
Point de Vue
J’aime l’idee qu’un Point de Vue influence bien plus que
comment nous voyons les choses.
Mais comment notre position dans le monde et notre perception de celui ci
est changer
par different Point de Vue.
